LOS ANGELES, CA: Human Solutions LLC, a leader in workforce development training, announces the launch of the Access for All (AFA) Online Disability Training program. The innovative new program is designed to address the current concerns that many job-placement providers face in today’s employment market.
Launching this month, the AFA program (human-solutions.net/AFA) is the first of its kind in online staff development training. It focuses on Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) providers and their partners, creating a new standard in online disability training. Requiring only a computer and internet access, the AFA online training is easy to navigate and convenient to use. The training prepares career services providers to address the needs of customers with disabilities of all types. It also teaches providers how to identify programmatic and physical accessibility issues in service delivery, and meet critical compliance and regulatory requirements.
Lisa Jordan, President and CEO of Human Solutions LLC states, “With this new program, we are fulfilling a long-standing need for convenient and cost-effective training for professional organizations and agencies that serve job seekers with disabilities. Offering top-notch customer service to everyone who walks through your doors is a top priority. We believe the Access for All Online Disability Training program will bring providers even closer to ensuring that each and every customer will receive the highest level of service.”
Development of the AFA program first began in 2016, and is comprised of eight interactive learning modules, providing real world scenarios that tie in daily work responsibilities. This unique approach makes for a practical and memorable learning experience. In addition, the AFA program is:
Convenient – Training is available 24/7, 365 days a year and can be accessed anytime, anywhere (for the length of the course subscription).
Cost-effective – eliminates the time and expenses associated with “live” training; no new hardware or software installation needed.
Targeted – Interactions focus on changing behavior leading to improved on-the-job performance.
